Halle Berry is making her more than six million Instagram followers want to stop scrolling and hit the gym.

On Friday, the 54-year-old actress shared several photos of herself hanging from a punching bag, her body only being held up by her intertwined ankles, appearing to do pull ups. She tagged celebrity trainer Peter Lee Thomas, who she has been working with for several years.

"@peterleethomas and I didn’t want to leave you hangin’ on #FitnessFriday so head to @respin to #respinyourfit. Happy Fitness Friday 2.0," she captioned the post.

Several celebrity friends shared words of encouragement and amazement.

"Whoo Chile, I gotta work harder," Taraji P. Henson said.

"Killin it Halle!" Mario Lopez praised.

"Dannng!! Get it Get it," Ciara added.

"OK this is just beyond impressive. How did you get your feet up there?! How do you get down? I have so many questions," Kerry Washington asked.

Berry's fans also took to the star's comments showering her with compliments about her mind-blowing strength and also wondering when they would be able to get a training session with her.

"Alright now! Is this what you and Peter can do for me?!" one fan wrote.

"Okay Halle. That’s next level, no doubt. You not playing around!" someone said.

The Oscar-winner and mother of two regularly shares fitness photos of herself and Thomas on social media, even sharing a video on her Instagram Stories showing people how they can tone their arms. In an interview with People in January, Berry opened up about how she stayed fit during the pandemic while working full-time on her Netflix film Bruised.

"I've made it my mission to find time in the day to exercise, get work done and be a mom. I think during COVID, it's been easy to forget the time in our day to be active because we just can't do the things that we used to do and it's hard to find ways to do that at home," she explained. "Not only was I training physically, but it was also my directorial debut. I was pretty much working 20 hours a day between all the things I had to do."
