If you have been craving something festive to watch this October, season 11 of Halloween Wars is the way to go! This Food Network show is all about finding the best, most talented team that can make spooktacular, edible displays that leave you in awe.

Snuggle up on the couch, light your fall candles and watch several teams of expert cake bakers, candy makers and pumpkin carvers compete on Halloween Wars for a huge cash prize. This foodie competition is like no other as each episode is filled with extreme challenges to keep the contestants on their toes. Each week, you can expect the teams to go head-to-head in each challenge. Some will make it to the next round while others will have to go home.

One thing you won't witness this time around? Pumpking carving. Every season, a cake decorator, candy maker and pumpkin carver work together to create an incredible design. However, according to TMZ, because of the pandemic, filming started later and therefore, the show was unable to get enough pumpkins in time.

Fans took to social media to express their outrage about it. "The pumpkin carving was the best part and now it is gone. Boooooooooo!!!! Bad decision powers that be," one person tweeted. "They RUINED Halloween wars. Just another baking show now. It was a tradition my son and I watched each October and now I just deleted whole season from DVR. What a bummer! Bring back the PUMPKIN CARVING," said another.

Maybe it will be back next year! But if you're wondering what else Halloween Wars 2021 season 11 holds in store? We have all the details, from who is judging to how to watch all the episodes and more. Keep scrolling to learn more!

Who are the judges and host of Halloween Wars season 11?

Each year, the panel of judges refreshes with at least one new judge every season. For 2021, the judges panel will consist of Shinmin Li, Aarti Sequeira and Eddie Jackson. Along their side hosting the show will be paranormal investigator, Zak Bagans, who will create the challenges based off of his own ghostly experiences. Contestants will also have to create edible arrangements inspired by the artifacts in his Haunted Museum located in Las Vegas.

Shinmin Li is a judge that has been with Halloween Wars since season one. She is a cake artist and is the cofounder of Kora Community, an app that makes homemade food more accessible to consumers.

As a previous Food Network contestant herself, Aarti Sequeira won season six of the popular TV series, Food Network Star. From there, she landed her own cooking show and now has her own cookbook, My Family Recipe Journal, coming out in November 2021.

Eddie Jackson is another judge who has previously been seen as a Food Network contestant on both MasterChef and Food Network Star. It was in the eleventh season of Food Network Star where he won and was given his own cooking show, BBQ Blitz.
