As a pop star and mom-to-be, Halsey has a lot on her plate, and apparently she’s consolidating her real estate holdings. According to Dirt, the “Without Me” singer has put her midcentury-modern Sherman Oaks, California, home up for sale for $2.795 million.

She bought the four-bedroom, one-story property in 2019 for $2.4 million. It’s a secluded space that was originally completed in 1959 by architect Richard Dorman, featuring double gates and an extra-long driveway that leads to a covered car park.

It’s a good thing the driveway provides privacy, because the huge glass windows allow the great outdoors to become a permanent guest. There isn’t a room in the house where you can’t enjoy the area’s scenic greenery. An open floor plan with exposed post-and-beam structures create a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The only contrast on site is the galley kitchen, which is quite reminiscent of New York City living. Efficiency is the draw of the kitchen, however, as it’s cleverly arranged and includes high-end designer appliances. Another part of the home that sticks out is the freestanding shed by the massive pool in the backyard. Instead of extra storage for the musician, it’s actually a state-of-the-art recording studio. The good thing is, the Calabasas estate Halsey bought from One Direction star Liam Payne for $10.2 million earlier this year also has its own private recording studio, so she’ll still have a place to go in case she’s ever inspired to make music at home.
