Halsey’s Hollywood Hills home has a new owner. After a little over four months on the market, the singer’s 2,490-square-foot house has sold for $2.375 million, a bump up from the $2.23 million she paid for it 2017.

The uniquely structured three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom contemporary house is located in the Beachwood Canyon community and sits on an unusually shaped 0.18-acre lot. Built with an ultramodern, design-forward aesthetic, it is largely made up of concrete, glass, and unfinished wood beams, with jagged ceilings and walls that give the interiors an edgy structure. The main living space is open-concept, with a step-down living room situated just off the double-height front foyer; black-painted wood beams and eccentrically shaped windows provide plenty of contrast. Elsewhere on the main floor is a brightly lit kitchen with an L-shaped island and a dining room connected to a glamorous wet bar with custom backsplash.

The master suite on the second floor is airy and bright with a double-height ceiling. According to the Los Angeles Times, some of the slight changes that Halsey made to the master suite during her stay included tearing down a wall of wood and adding a light fixture that now hangs over the space. The master bathroom is similarly eccentric, with a sloped ceiling and a concrete vanity, deep-soaking tub, and rain shower. A walk-in closet tucked into a space just opposite the bathroom offers lots of room for clothing storage. The backyard is built for entertaining, with tiered patios surrounding an infinity-edge pool and spa with a fountain and high hedges that keep prying eyes at bay. Last summer, Halsey shelled out $2.4 million for another home with a more traditional midcentury-modern design. Located in the mountains above Sherman Oaks, California, the home was designed and built by esteemed architect Richard Dorman in 1959.
