'Hamilton' musical is returning to the Aronoff Center. Here's how to get tickets

The renowned musical "Hamilton" is on the 2022-23 Broadway in Cincinnati lineup and tickets will go on sale soon.

Broadway in Cincinnati announced that single tickets for the award-winning production will be available for purchase beginning at 10 a.m. on May 19.

Tickets can be purchased online at CincinnatiArts.org, in person at the Aronoff Box Office, or by calling (513) 621-2787.

Hamilton will play at the Aronoff Center from Sept. 6 to Oct. 2. The musical tells the story of founding father Alexander Hamilton through hip-hop, jazz and R&B. It has won numerous awards, including a Tony, Grammy and the Pulitzer Prize for Drama.

There is a maximum purchase limit of nine tickets per account. When tickets go on sale, prices will range from $59 to $179, with a select number of premium tickets starting at $249.

There will be a lottery for 40 $10 seats for all performances. Details will be announced closer to the engagement.

The hit musical first played in Cincinnati in 2019 from Feb. 19 to March 10 and tickets quickly sold out.

"Hamilton" was set to return in Cincinnati in 2021 from March 2 to March 28 but was postponed due to the pandemic.
