With foundation work complete, construction on Hammock Park apartments has moved to the vertical phase. Developed by FL Star, Hammock Park is a new luxury apartment complex located at the corner of Rattlesnake Hammock Road and Collier Boulevard in South Naples.

“Hammock Park is a unique design, with the residences surrounding an interior courtyard, which will serve as the town square of the community,” Hains said. “Construction began at the first of this year, and we are on schedule as we move into this vertical construction phase.”

When complete, Hammock Park will include 265 units, offering a selection of apartment sizes and configurations designed to live like a private home, with washers and dryers in the units. The center courtyard will include resort style amenities, such as a well appointed fitness center, swimming pool and areas for casual relaxation.

Nearby, FL Star is developing Hammock Park Center, a 16,000 square foot retail center to include variety of retail shops with 5,000 square feet of restaurant space and additional outdoor dining, a convenience for the surrounding neighborhoods as well as Hammock Park residents.

“Nearby amenities are important to residents,” Hains said. “The location of Hammock Park not only offers the features we are creating, but there is also a wealth of other facilities, such as healthcare, and recreational activities as well as the nearby transportation hub of I-75.”

Enrichment and educational opportunities also include nearby Serenity Park and the Collier Boulevard bike trail, Florida Southwestern State College, Physicians Regional Hospital and an array of other medical facilities.
