Harbor Freight Tools grand opening for 2nd Pueblo store is Saturday
Just in time for holiday shopping, Harbor Freight Tools is set to host the grand opening of its second location in Pueblo Saturday inside a 17,000 square-foot store in University Park.
Located at 745 Desert Flower Blvd., the discount tool store will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday. The chain already has a store on Pueblo’s southside at 1801 S. Pueblo Blvd.
The new store brings 25 to 30 new jobs to Pueblo.
“Our team is ready to serve and deliver value to customers in Pueblo and all of Pueblo County,” said Venessa Romero, store manager.
The new store is stocked with “a full selection of tools and accessories in categories including automotive, air and power tools, storage, outdoor power equipment, generators, welding supplies, shop equipment, hand tools and more,” said Lisa Hartley, marketing media planner for Harbor Freight.
Harbor Freight plugs its stores as smaller and easier to shop compared to huge home centers. The new Pueblo store is the 20th Harbor Freight has opened in Colorado.
