Harbor Light Christian School announces Class of 2022 valedictorian, salutatorian

HARBOR SPRINGS — Harbor Light Christian School has named Alaina Roush as the Class of 2022’s valedictorian, and Jack Johnson is the salutatorian.

Alaina is the daughter of Andrew and Tracie Roush. She will graduate with a 4.108 grade point average.

While in high school, Alaina played basketball and volleyball. She was active in the worship team, student council, drama and Bible study. She also took dual enrollment classes and worked at her family’s business.

After graduation, Alaina plans to study biochemistry and molecular biology in Michigan State University’s Honors College.

Jack is the son of Jamie and Katherine Johnson. He will graduate with a 4.104 grade point average.

While in high school, Jack played baseball and basketball. He was also active in drama, student council, youth group, and was a kids ministry intern.

After graduation, Jack plans to attend Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids.

Harbor Light Christian School will celebrate commencement on June 5.
