Hard Rock Bet sports betting app quietly goes live in Florida. How go get 'early access'
The Seminole Tribe quietly launched its mobile sports betting app Tuesday in “early access” a week after it received an OK from the U.S. Supreme Court to allow on-site betting at the tribe’s casinos in South Florida.
The move comes as a surprise as the Supreme Court’s ruling allowed the tribe to operate sports betting on its property but online sports betting remains pending at the Florida Supreme Court and is separate from the federal lawsuit.
On the Tribe’s website, it claims that it is allowing some of its customers limited access to test its Hard Rock Bet platform. Users can get “early access” to the app by joining the waitlist, which involves enrolling in Unity by Hard Rock, the casino’s loyalty program, and downloading the app.

Florida residents who already had sports betting accounts from when the Seminole Tribe briefly launched it in 2021 or were already part of the Unity loyalty program before Nov. 6 will already have access to the early access launch. Those who signed up after Monday will be put on a waiting list.

How to get early access to Florida Hard Rock Bet sportsbook
Floridians who have their sports betting accounts from when the Seminole Tribe originally, albeit briefly, launched sports betting in the state will already have “early access” to Hard Rock Bet. Users who enrolled in Unity by Hard Rock, the company’s loyalty program, before Nov. 6 will also get access.
Those seeking to get early access to the Hard Rock Bet app after Monday will need to go through a five-step process:
Enroll in the Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program, either online or in person
Visit your nearest Hard Rock or Seminole Casino location in Florida
Earn one Unity point by playing a casino game
Download the Hard Rock Bet app
Sign up with the same name and email address used to enroll in the Unity by Hard Rock loyalty program.
This will place you on a waitlist and you’ll be alerted when you’re in via email.

The Hard Rock Bet app can be downloaded through the App Store for iOS users and the Google Play Store for Android users. It can also be accessed online by visiting HardRock.bet.
Can Hard Rock Bet users in other states place bets when visiting Florida?
As of now, Hard Rock Bet users in other states will need to join the waitlist by going through the steps listed above. Once their account is verified to use in the state, they will be able to place bets using the same login while visiting Florida.
