The industrial chic trend bursted onto the style scene in 2012, conquered our hearts and stayed there. From its humble beginnings at a Balenciaga show in spring of 2013 to the recent Alexander Wang runway look, we are still loving the full-blown grunge vibes it exudes.

And why wouldn’t we? The alluring bad boy qualities of a good statement necklace can be just the right detail to quickly cheer us up. On those days when we just can’t be bothered to dress up, even jeans + shirt outfit would catch an eye with the help from a shiny detail.

Get inspired with the hauled items and have fun connecting them all together. Add faux leather, yarn or beads and take your hardware to the next level. PRO do-it-yourself tip: Take an empty lipstick tube apart and wear the metal parts as statement rings!
