Much more than a yard ornament, the red, white and blue outside the Harford County Chamber of Commerce is a visible way to honor veterans and active-duty service members and those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. "It's the first time. We're very excited," said Angela Rose, president and CEO of the Harford County Chamber of Commerce. "We were looking at something that we could tie into Military Appreciation Week, which is the third week of May."
