Harford County veteran to compete in world's toughest athletic competition

A Harford County veteran is training for the ultimate test of athletic ability, American Ninja Warrior. Sandy Sanders trains for the competition at Kinetic Ninja Warrior in Bel Air. Next week, she'll travel to Los Angeles to compete in the show's newest season. "This is what I’ve been training for, for 10 years," she said. Sanders was selected from tens of thousands of athletes to compete. A former Navy diver, she now works as a civilian at Aberdeen Proving Ground. At age 49, she said being able to participate in the ultimate ninja competition is one of her life goals.
