Harris on mass shootings in the U.S.: This should not be happening in our country

Before boarding Air Force Two, Vice President Kamala Harris spoke on the rise in mass shooting across the U.S. and called for an assault weapons ban in the wake of the shooting at a Texas elementary in Uvalde where 19 children and two teachers were killed. Harris was in Buffalo to attend the funeral for Ruth Whitfield who was a victim of a mass shooting at a Tops supermarket.
