In a statement on Monday Harrisburg School District Superintendent Eric Turman said “because this matter is a personnel issue, it is not something we publicly comment upon” but did acknowledge that Everett is on administrative leave.
A preliminary hearing is set for March 11 and formal arraignment is scheduled for April 5.
Everett pled guilty in 2022 to a summary charge for “License to Engage in Business Required” after being implicated in an odometer scam investigation.
