Harry and Meghan the only royals not to see boost in popularity after Prince Philip's funeral

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were the only royals not to see a boost in their popularity following the funeral of Prince Philip, according to a YouGov poll.
The statistics organisation polled more than 1,700 British adults between 21 and 22 April to see how the public perception of senior royals like the Queen, Prince Charles and Prince William has changed since they united to bury the late Duke of Edinburgh.
The Queen's popularity went up by 5%, compared to November 2019 statistics, with 61% of people now saying they feel very positive about her. Her overall positivity ratings were up from 80% to 85%, when those who feel fairly positive about her were included.
Prince Charles saw a big jump in those who feel positively about him, up from 49% to 58% between November 2019 and April 2021.
His wife Camilla saw a smaller rise of 4%, from 39% to 43%.

Prince William's favourability levels went up from 76% to 80% in the days after the funeral, which saw him reunite with his brother Harry.
The two brothers were spotted chatting as they left the chapel in Windsor Castle, though it's since been reported that the big issues between them were not resolved.
William's wife Kate, who was attending her first royal funeral at St George's Chapel, saw her popularity rise by 5%, from 73% to 78%.
But Prince Harry's levels dropped by two points, with 43% thinking positively of him after the funeral, compared to 45% before.

Meghan, who couldn't even make the funeral because of how far along in her pregnancy she is, also saw her positive rating drop by two points, from 31% to 29%.
Princess Anne, the Queen's only daughter, had an increase of 6% in her ratings, from 64% to 70%.
Prince Edward, the Queen's youngest son, jumped from 41% to 54%, the biggest increase of any Royal Family member.
Edward and his wife Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, have long been said to be having a more public facing role in the Royal Family, particularly in the wake of the step back of Harry and Meghan.
Prince Andrew also saw a small increase in favorability, up by three percentage points from 7% to 10%.
He appeared on television on the Sunday after his father's death, as he made remarks about losing the "grandfather of the nation" following a church service at one of the Windsor churches.
He sat two seats away from his mother in the chapel during the funeral.
Andrew is currently "stepped back" from his royal duties following a disastrous interview with BBC Newsnight about his friendship with disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
The Queen marked her 95th birthday while still in royal mourning, but was pictured carrying out her duties for the first time on Tuesday, in a floral dress with a three-string pearl necklace as she took on two virtual audiences.
Harry and Meghan have struggled with their popularity levels in the UK since they decided to step back from their senior royal duties.
They were also impacted by their interview with Oprah Winfrey, in which they levelled several explosive claims about their time as working royals and suggested a member of the family was racist, but did not name them.
Polling after the interview showed more people were sympathetic to the Queen and the rest of the Royal Family than Harry and Meghan.
