KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Calling all witches and wizards! A new Harry Potter-themed pop-up bar is taking over a spot in Kansas City’s Power & Light District.

Sorcerer’s Speakeasy will open inside Leinie Lodge at 13th and Walnut streets in downtown Kansas City. It will be open starting at 5 p.m. Fridays through Sundays throughout February.

The Kansas City pop-up will feature a special menu of “bewitching potions” like Butter Brew, Unicorn Blood and the Death Eater Negroni and “spellbinding treats.”

Organizers will also host wizarding trivia on Feb. 4 and Feb. 18, as well as special DJ nights.

KC Power & Light just hosted the holiday pop-up Tinsel Tavern inside Leinie Lodge, and organizers said they’re excited to bring another experience to the space.

“Part of our ongoing commitment to entertainment includes bringing to life dynamic, immersive experiences that keep people coming back,” said Alicia Cook, marketing director for KC Power & Light District.
