The Palm Beach Fellowship of Christians and Jews has partnered with two South Florida-based Jewish organizations to host an anti-hatred exhibit Wednesday in Palm Beach.

NCSY South and Jewish Student Union have joined with the nonprofit, interfaith organization to present "Hate Ends Now," a traveling cattle car exhibit teaching visitors about the consequences of intolerance, bigotry and hate.

Royal Poinciana Chapel, at 60 Cocoanut Row, will host the exhibit, which is an immersive, multimedia presentation that takes place inside a replica of a cattle car like the ones used to transport Jews and other targeted groups to concentration camps during World War II.

“This exhibit is especially relevant today with the alarming 400% rise in antisemitism as well as other forms of hate and intolerance" said Ronald Schram, a Palm Beach Fellowship of Christians and Jews board member. "It is frightening to witness history repeating itself on college campuses and city streets, even locally, where demonstrators' chants reveal both a lack of historical knowledge as well as deep-seated hate and prejudice against not only Israel, but the Jewish people."

The exhibit progresses through history, culminating in how hate and intolerance persist today, the fellowship said. The ultimate message is one of empowerment, reminding visitors to stand up against ignorance, intolerance, and hate. The exhibit is recommended for ages 12 and older.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. Registration is required. Register online at https://qrco.de/PBFCJ. For more information, visit hateendsnow.org or contact info@hateendsnow.org.
