Winder city officials say that data from their 30-day warning period showed that the cameras slowed 89% of drivers down and reduced traffic in the area by 41% as drivers found other routes.

Earlier this year, Gwinnett County installed cameras to crack down on speeding drivers near Central Gwinnett High School.
