EXETER — After an expansive search, RiverWoods has chosen Julie Clark as the new Executive Director for the not-for-profit’s flagship community, RiverWoods Exeter.

RiverWoods is Northern New England’s largest family of not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) with locations in Manchester, Durham, and Exeter. Known as an industry leader and innovator, RiverWoods provides outstanding care for their residents.

Clark brings over 22 years of experience as a seasoned multi-family housing professional to the role, most recently for The Dolben Company based out of Woburn, Mass. Starting as a Leasing Consultant at Dolben, she worked her way up to become a Property Manager, developing exceptional leadership and communication skills along the way.

Her strong and steady confidence was immediately recognized by members of the CCRC board during the interview process” says Kim Gaskell, VP of Operations for the RiverWoods Group. “We eagerly look forward to the many contributions she will make to our community.”
