Have a healthy Super Bowl with these easy-to-make snacks

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Super Bowl Sunday is usually full of heavy foods, and you may want to keep your New Year’s resolutions going strong or just want to provide a healthy option for your guests. These snacks make a tasty touchdown easy!

To make the chicken salad seen in the video above, here’s what you need to know.


  • 1 -5.3 oz. container of low fat Greek yogurt (single serve container)

  • 1/3 cup Lifeway Farmers cheese (can be found at Sprouts)

  • 2 cans (5 oz) canned chicken in water

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

  • 2 Tablespoons chopped shallots

  • Craisins to your liking (usually about 3/4 – 1 cup)

  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

  • salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine and mix Greek yogurt, Farmers cheese, and lime juice.

  2. Add all other ingredients. Mix and enjoy!

Can be served with crackers, romaine lettuce hearts, bagels and more!
