Hearing For Alleged Capitol Rioter Jorden Mink Delayed After He Contracted COVID-19

A hearing for an alleged Capitol rioter from Oakdale was delayed because he has COVID-19.

- A hearing for one of the Capitol Riot suspects from our area was delayed because the suspect has COVID. Jorden Mink of Oakdale recently tested positive for the virus. He was one of the first local suspects to be arrested. Investigators say Mink was the man seen smashing a window at the Capitol with a baseball bat. His attorney is asking for Mink to be transferred to a treatment facility for mental health issues while he awaits trial.
