"At night, a 67-year-old man died from burns incompatible with life," he said.

Russian forces launched a missile attack on civilian objects in the city of Kryvyi Rih during the night of June 12-13. They hit a five-story residential building and the warehouses of a private enterprise. 38 people were injured, including a child. An automobile company, cars, trucks, and a shed were also damaged.

Among those killed in the Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih are a young couple were married only a year ago, dreamed of a child, and had many plans, according to news agency TSN.ua.

22-year-old local teacher Oksana Epelman and her husband David died in the attack.

Lyudmyla Steshyna, headmistress of Kryvyi Rih Gymnasium No. 108, said the young teacher had not lived to see her 23rd birthday.

"There are reports that her husband was the first to die, and she was screaming for a long time, shouting 'David! David!" reveals Steshyna. “Then she burned to death. They were taken out in bags…”

Oksana Epelman was always a kind and caring person, the principal recalls.

"She always found time to weave camouflage nets," Steshyna said. “She came to help with her husband.”

The headmistress added that Oksana had just finished her master's degree, showed great promise, had many plans, and beloved by the children.

"She was an English and primary school teacher, a teacher's assistant," Steshyna said. "She worked with special needs children. Their parents praised her highly. It was only her first year at our institution, but the children's eyes lit up seeing her."

On June 13, air raid sirens wailed across Ukraine as Russia launched new drone and missile strikes against Kyiv and other cities.

In Kryvyi Rih, a Russian attack hit an apartment building, killing 12 and wounding dozens. Search and rescue efforts are over.
