Heather Graham posted a new photo to Instagram showing herself chilling at the beach in a cute bikini.
Heather, 50, looks exactly the same as she did starring in Twin Peaks in the '90s.
The actress swears by yoga and meditation to stay fit and healthy.
Heather Graham took herself to the beach to "zen out" and escape the constant craziness that is 2020, and no surprise, she looks amazing. Somehow, at 50, Heather looks the same as she did in the 1990s, when she starred in Twin Peaks and Boogie Nights. "Grateful to get a chance to zen out on a beach after this crazy year. Hope everyone is safe and healthy.💕" she captioned the post.

So how did Heather unlock the fountain of youth? In 2013, Heather told Women's Health UK that she does yoga three times a week, plus 20 minutes of transcendental meditation every day. (She picked up meditation from David Lynch on the set of Twin Peaks.). "For fun, I would go on a yoga retreat and do four hours of yoga a day. And then I do Pilates. I also like going out dancing," she told Refinery29.
She also makes sure to get plenty of sleep. Heather told The Guardian in 2016 that she gets a shocking amount of zzzz's every night. "I love sleeping. When I tell people how much I sleep sometimes, they are horrified," she said. "I basically sleep between nine and 12 hours a night."
As for her diet, she told Refinery29 that she's become very strict about refined sugar. "I’ve become one of those annoying people who’s like, 'I’m not gonna eat white flour and I’m not gonna eat sugar,'" she said. "I do eat sugar sometimes, but as a broad rule, I try to just eat no sugar basically, and I have to say I feel a lot better. And I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour."
You can catch Heather in a new Netflix movie, Love Guaranteed, coming out on September 3rd.
