Heavy Snow Buries Upstate New York

Heavy snow “buried” parts of upstate New York on Tuesday morning, April 19, the National Weather Service (NWS) reported.

Wende Ebbert said she filmed this video in Oneonta, northeast of Binghamton, showing the “heavy, wet snow” that affected the area Tuesday morning.
