Heavy Snow Falls in Minneapolis–Saint Paul Metropolitan Area

Heavy snow falling in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area was forecast to cause “rapidly deteriorating” road conditions in Minnesota on Sunday, February 28, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

The NWS said “very heavy snow” was moving across the Twin Cities region, with one to three inches of accumulation expected.
