  • Heidi likes to stay in shape by going on long outdoor runs. (Plus, she eats everything in moderation.)

Heidi Klum has been busier than ever prepping for the new season of Germany’s Next Topmodel. The 48-year-old supermodel recently posted a 'lil promo for the new season on her IG. And now she's working on more content for the show.

Heidi posted a new black-and-white photo of herself getting glammed up—and she's looking absolutely gorgeous in fishnet tights and a lingerie-inspired corset.

"Shooting a little something for #GNTM2022 🖤," she captioned the pic.

She followed it up with yet another post, showing herself strutting her stuff on a video shoot.

But how exactly does she get her legs looking oh-so-good? Well, Heidi is a runner and likes to go on regular outdoor runs: “I have a treadmill that’s really great, but it sits there unused. I don’t have time for it...my favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City," she previously told Glamour. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going."

Beyond running, Heidi also likes to stay active by jumping on the trampoline with her kids, or by taking long bike rides with them along the beachfront.

In terms of diet, Heidi likes to eat well—incorporating lots of protein and fresh veggies into her meals, according to Women's Health UK. Breakfast is usually an egg white omelette packed with green peppers, spinach, parsley, spring onion, and maybe feta or mozzarella cheese. Lunch and dinner will typically be a hunk of her favorite protein (which could be chicken, scallops, or turkey) with stir-fried vegetables, sometimes over rice, and a side salad.

But she won't deny herself, either: "It's important to keep a balanced diet, but I'm not a fan of deprivation," she told Glamour. "If I want a cheeseburger, I am not only going to eat that cheeseburger, but I'm going to enjoy that cheeseburger."

BRB, gotta dust off my running shoes!
