Heidi Klum apparently goes all in for Easter, because she just shared a ton of content on Instagram from her holiday celebration.

In the mix: Three of her kids doing an Easter egg hunt, and a photo of the 49-year-old posing topless by a pool with bunny ears on. The pool pic is simple: Heidi is working black bikini bottoms emblazoned with gold stars, accessorized with toned abs and strong legs. She also showed off her sculpted biceps while making a kissy face at the camera. “❤️ 🐰 🌞,” she wrote in the caption.

Heidi doesn’t allow comments on her posts, but you can be pretty sure jaws dropped everywhere when this post landed.

For what it’s worth, Heidi also shared photos and video of herself on her Instagram Story in a dress with a cartoon bunny on it, so clear that she’s into celebrating the holiday.

Okay, so what’s Heidi been doing in the fitness department lately? Well, she’s big into dancing, for starters, which is a great way to get your cardio in with a dash of fun. Heidi casually shared a clip of herself rehearsing for her music video with Snoop Dogg called "Chai Tea with Heidi," and she pretty much spends the whole thing bounding around.

She also works out four times a week, according to Vogue France. During those sessions, she’ll run, cycle, do weight training, and swim, giving her a range to work with. Heidi’s been a runner for ages—she previously told Glamour that one of her favorite runs is along the Hudson River in New York City (and there’s a Starbucks at the end!).

Of course, it's not all HIIT and cardio workouts. Heidi is into yoga, too. She shared two photos back in 2020 of herself and a few others doing inversions that require some impressive shoulder and core strength. Yoga is also just good for general health and mental wellness.

Heidi previously told Women’s Health UK that she focuses on being active, whether that means biking with her kids or jumping on the trampoline with them. She also takes her two big dogs for hikes, which will definitely get your heart rate up:

Food-wise, Heidi follows an 80/20 diet, which means she focuses on eating healthy for 80 percent of the time and has whatever she feels like for the other 20 percent, Vogue France says. A lot of stars like this plan because it provides more balanced approach to healthy eating.
