Can you help? State police seek to identify tractor-trailer in fatal pedestrian crash
Pennsylvania State Police have released photographs of a tractor-trailer believed to have struck and killed a pedestrian along Route 30 last week.
Troopers are seeking help from the public with identifying the truck or trucking company.
The tractor-trailer left the scene of the fatal crash that happened around 8:40 p.m. Dec. 28 on Route 30 East at the Interstate 83 South off ramp in Manchester Township, state police said. It was heading east on Route 30.

Kristi Why, 37, of no fixed address, died at the scene. She was walking with a friend when she fell and injured herself. Before she was able to get back up, she was struck by the tractor-trailer, according to the York County Coroner's Office.
State police have asked for anyone who was using their dash camera in the area of I-83 and Route 30 between the hours of 8:40 p.m. and 9:05 p.m. Dec. 28 to contact them at (717) 428-1011.
In addition, anyone who recognizes the tractor-trailer or company logo may call state police at the same number and ask for the criminal investigations unit.
