Help Wanted in Finding Elderly Asian Man With Alzheimer's in Bloomington, Minnesota

Police in Bloomington, Minnesota are asking for help to find an Asian man listed as an endangered missing person. David Shibata, 73, left his home on foot around 11 p.m. on Wednesday and traveled in an unknown direction. Shibata stands 5 feet and 6 inches (168 centimeters), weighs 165 pounds (75 kilograms) and has gray hair and brown eyes. Police believe he was wearing a red and black jacket and dark-colored jeans. Shibata has Alzheimer’s Disease but “typically is able to care for himself.” Anyone with information on Shibata’s whereabouts is urged to dial 911 or call the Bloomington Police Department at 952-563-4900.
