Sherwood Oaks Christian Church of Bedford Pastor Tim Thompson loads a bag of potatoes into a vehicle during the Tuesday Food Box Giveaway. The event occurs at the Sherwood Oaks Christian Church, located on 508 Fellowship Drive near Bedford-North Lawrence High School. Food boxes are given away the 4th Tuesday of every month from 4-6 p.m. No signup necessary. The event is sponsored by the Hoosier Hills Food Bank. Pastor Thompson said, "I have very little to do with this, but I like to show up and lend a hand."
