Her love of yoga led Courtney Cattran to open AIRE Studios at 201 W. Main St.

LANCASTER − Courtney Cattran got into yoga in 2017 following the birth of her second son.

"I just fell in love with it," she said. "And I've been on the journey with holistic wellness since 12 years ago. And it just changed my life. I want to spread the message that we can be more in control of our health."

Her love of yoga and health led Cattran to open AIRE Studios at 201 W. Main St. in the former Paperback Exchange used book store building.

"AIRE Studios is a welcoming place for all ages and all different backgrounds," she said. "It's kind of a dance and yoga studio both," she said. "We specialize in holistic wellness as well. So we do holistic consultations, herbal consultations, we do fitness classes."

Besides yoga and dance classes, the new business offers body sculpting, breath work and sound healing, and children's yoga and more. Services are offered in both group and private settings.

The Carroll native said the business is set up were parents could be taking a class and their children could also be taking a class.

Visit www.aire-studios.com for more information to schedule classes. The business is also on Facebook, Instagram and the Mindbody app.
