Here's how to get 2023 tickets to Louder Than Life heavy metal festival in Louisville

Louder Than Life is back and is bigger than ever, with four days of heavy metal music heading to the Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center.

The heavy metal, rock, punk, and alternative headliners music festival announced its lineup of nearly 100 performers heading to Louisville for the four-day event held Sept. 21-24 at the Highland's Festival Grounds, 937 Phillips Lane.

The 2023 festival includes a top-notch list of bands, including headliners Foo Fighters, Green Day (making its festival debut), Tool, Avenged Sevenfold, Godsmack, Pantera, Queens of the Stone Age, Weezer, Limp Bizkit, Megadeth and Turnstile. Other bands include Rancid, Falling In Reverse, 311, Pierce The Veil, Run The Jewels, Corey Taylor, Coheed and Cambria, Royal Blood, Parkway Drive, Bad Omens, BABYMETAL and more.

"The fans spoke and we listened. The Foo Fighters, Green Day, Tool and Avenged Sevenfold were our most fa requested bands for 2023, so being able to deliver this massive lineup to them is so special" Danny Wimmer, Founder of Danny Wimmer Presents said in a press release announcing the lineup. "Louder Than Life and Bourbon & Beyond (held this year on Sept. 14-17) are the eight biggest days in music and it’s all happening in Louisville this September."

Single-day and weekend General Admission and VIP passes, as well as weekend Angel's Envy Top Shelf VIP passes for Louder Than Life are on sale now starting as low as $10 down.

How much will it cost to attend Louder Than Life?

Tickets are currently available at louderthanlifefestival.com. Four-day weekend packages range in price from $279.99-$1599.99 plus fees. Prices typically increase closer to the festival date. Combination passes for Louder Than Life and Bourbon & Beyond held Sept. 14-17, are also available.
