Here's how to celebrate the holidays with Budweiser Clydesdales at Warm Springs Ranch

Among the signs it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in mid-Missouri: Warm Springs Ranch will fling its gates open this week for a season full of holiday festivities.

Situated on more than 300 acres in Boonville, the farm where Budweiser Clydesdales are bred and nurtured kicks off its Holidays with the Clydesdales experience Wednesday.

Included in the standard experience: a self-guided tour through the facility; photo opportunities with the Clydesdales; s'mores, snacks and Anheuser-Busch products for purchase; and a big-screen TV playing some of the horses' greatest TV commercial hits.

Warm Springs Ranch, home of future Budweiser Clydesdales, is a popular holiday destination in mid-Missouri.

Of course, the place is always decked out with a serious array of warm, glowing lights, green garlands and other holiday decorations.

Two separate time slots can accommodate up to 750 guests on the property: 5-6:30 p.m. and 6:30-8 p.m. each evening. This is a reservation-only experience. Tickets are $20 for adults; $10 for kids ages 3 to 12; and free for those 2 and younger.

In addition to its typical holiday offering, Warm Springs Ranch touts its Winter WonderStall package as "your own personal Budweiser Clydesdale party room during our holiday event."

This full-service option for groups up to 10 includes a hangout in a private stall with one of two buffet options, Anheuser-Busch beverages as well as cider and hot chocolate.

The menu for one buffet option includes:

  • A charcuterie board

  • Buffalo chicken dip with vegetables

  • Bloody Mary meatballs

  • Stuffed jalapenos

The other keeps the charcuterie board, but trades the rest for:

  • Mini Philly cheesesteak sandwiches

  • Spinach artichoke dip and vegetables

  • Balsamic strawberry and goat cheese crostinis

WonderStall guests also get one-on-one time with one of the famed horses. The package is $1,050.50 per group.

Warm Springs Ranch opened in 2008, and today is home to around 70 horses, according to a news release. Features of the space include "a mare/stallion and foaling barn, veterinary lab and 10 pastures, each with a customized, walk-in shelter."

Holidays with the Clydesdales runs through Dec. 30. To check available dates or learn more, head to https://www.warmspringsranch.com/.
