Here's what to expect at Saturday's 2020 South Dakota high school cross-country state meet

The state high school cross-country meet is Saturday in Huron. Here's what to know about the boys and girls races in classes B, A and AA, according to an analysis by the Tri-City Star in White.

Where: Broadland Creek Golf Course in Huron

Awards: The top six teams and 25 individuals will receive awards.

Meet Schedule: Class A girls, noon; Class AA girls, 12:30 p.m.; Class B girls, 1 p.m.; Class A boys, 1:30 p.m.; Class AA boys, 2 p.m. and Class B boys, 2:30 p.m.

Class B Girls

Team Predictions: 1. Potter County; 2. Arlington; 3. Frederick Area; 4. Lemmon; 5. James Valley Chrsitian; 6. Burke.

Also the running: Colman-Egan, Ipswich, Gayville-Volin, Wall and Northwestern.

2021 Champions: Ella Boekelheide, Northwestern (individual) and Kimball-White Lake (team). Two-time defending champion Kimball-White Lake is now in Class A.
