Here's who the Fayetteville City Council appointed to boards and commissions

Fayetteville City Council members approved 52 appointments to city boards and commissions at their regular meeting March 13, according to a news release from the city.

The appointments are effective April 1.

Fayetteville residents are appointed to the boards and commissions by the council to serve as a connection between residents and the council and to advise on Fayetteville's policies and programs, the release said.

There are still openings for the Fayetteville Advisory Committee on Transit and the Stormwater Advisory Board, the release said. Interested residents can apply through April 21. Visit FayettevilleNC.gov/Boards for more information or to apply.

The list of new appointments and their term lengths are below.
