Here's who the Fayetteville City Council appointed to 15 city boards and commissions

Fayetteville City Council members unanimously approved 38 appointments to 15 city boards and committees Monday night.

The appointments were recommended by the council’s Appointments Committee, which is chaired by Councilman D.J. Haire and also includes Mayor Mitch Colvin, Mayor Pro Tem Johnny Dawkins and council members Shakeyla Ingram and Derrick Thompson. The committee met Aug. 22 to create the list of recommended appointees, according to a Sept. 11 memorandum from Pamela Megill, the city clerk.
