Here's a guide to metro Phoenix sports bars and restaurants by NFL team

It’s no secret that Arizona is the home to many transplants. And before the state got an NFL franchise in 1988 – when the late Bill Bidwell moved the team from St. Louis to Phoenix and they were known as the Phoenix Cardinals – generations of Arizona natives latched on to high-profile teams televised in this market.

This kind of imprinting doesn’t fade easily.

Which means it’s a pretty safe bet that all of the Steelers, Bears, Eagles, Packers and Broncos logos affixed to bumper stickers, license plate frames and flags are indication that a chunk of Arizona doesn’t breathe the Rise Up Red Sea spirit.

Whatever the reason for your allegiance to a non-Cards team, chances are good that there’s a spot for you on game days. Here are sports bars where you can find fans wearing the same color jersey as you.
