Here's what you need to know about pool hours, admission around the Tri-State this summer
Swimming season is here as the temperatures warm, the humidity levels climb and Tri-State summertime weather starts to feel like it should.
Here's a list of pools, schedules, and admission prices for public pools around the area:
Evansville city pools: Rolling Opening Dates
Hartke Pool, 201 N. Boeke Road. Opens June 10
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday
Admission:
Free for children 3 and younger
$1 for kids 4 -12
$2 for 13 years and older
Mosby Pool, 1045 S. Barker Ave. Opens June 3
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Closed on Mondays.
Admission:
Free for kids 3 and younger
$1 for kids 4-12
$2 for 13 and up
Family nights are from 6-8 p.m. Wednesdays when two adults and four children can swim for $5.
Rochelle-Landers Pool, 701 Lincoln Ave. Opens June 3
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday. Closed on Mondays.
Admission:
Free for kids 3 and younger
$1 for kids 4-12
$2 for 13 and up
Family Nights are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays when two adults and four children can swim for $5.
Lorraine Pool, 2399 Adams Ave. Opens June 6
11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday-Friday. It will be closed from Saturday through Monday.
Admission:
Free for kids 3 and younger
$1 for kids 4-12
$2 for 13 and up
Family Nights are from 6 to 8 p.m. on Fridays, when two adults and four children swim for $5.
Helfrich Pool, 2601 W. Maryland St.
Helfrich will only be open to swimming teams.
Deaconess Aquatic Center, 24 Don Mattingly Way.
The Deaconess Aquatic Center summer season runs from May 29 to July 31. It operates 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday; 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday; and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The recreation pool has adult open swim and lap swim from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday-Friday. Open swim with the splash pad is from 12 to 5 p.m. seven days a week.
Competition pool lap swimming is from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday-Friday and again from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Splash pad toddler time will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays for children 5 and younger.
Pricing for the Aquatic Center:
Daily pass - $6
15-visit package - $55
30-visit package - $106
45-visit package - $135
Individual membership - $25 a month
Family membership - $55 a month
Children ages 3 and younger are free. Admission is required during open swim for both the recreation pool and splash pad areas.
Summer hours started on Memorial Day.
Vanderburgh County: Open
Burdette Aquatic Center, 5301 Nurrenbern Road.
Monday -Thursday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Friday-Saturday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Ages 3-11 and seniors 62 and up - $5
Children 12 and up - $8
Children 2 and under - free
Wednesdays - $5 for everyone
Family Nights are Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. for $5 per person.
Newburgh: Open

Boonville: Open

Mount Vernon: Open
