Here's how Knox County voted in the county board primary election

GALESBURG — The results are in for the primaries for the Knox County Board. Voters chose up to three candidates from each party. None of the races were contested.

County Board District 1

Darla Krejci and Cheryl L. Nache both won the Democratic primary for County Board District 1. Krejci won 341 votes in Galesburg and Nache won 399 votes in Galesburg.

The unopposed Anthony Weiss won the Republican primary for County Board District 1. Weiss won 573 votes in Galesburg.

County Board District 2

John Hunigan, Greg “Chops” Bacon and David L. Amor have all won the Democratic primary for County Board District 2. Hunigan won 408 votes in Galesburg, Bacon won 335 votes in Galesburg and Amor won 326 votes in Galesburg.

Stephen Johnson, Brent A. Zhorne and Robert “Bob” Bondi have all won the Republican primary for County Board District 2. Johnson won 387 votes in Galesburg, Zhorne won 290 votes in Galesburg and Bondi won 395 votes in Galesburg.

County Board District 3

Pamela Davidson, Samuel Cohen and Kimberly Thierry have all won the Democratic primary for County Board District 3. Davidson won 217 votes in Galesburg, Cohen won 122 votes in Galesburg and Thierry won 178 votes in Galesburg.

Samuel F. Larson and Dale A. Jacobs both won the Republican primary for County Board District 3. Larson won 171 votes in Galesburg and Jacobs won 168 votes ini Galesburg.

County Board District 4

Republican candidates Jared M. Hawkinson, Joshua E. Kramer and Todd Olinger have all won the Republican primary for County Board District 4.

Hawkinson won 923 votes in Knox County, Kramer won 744 votes in Knox County and Olinger won 735 votes in Knox County.

County Board District 5

Brian Friedrich and Ricardo Sandoval have both won the Republican primary for County Board District 5. Friedrich won 643 votes in Knox County and Sandoval won 857 votes in Knox County.
