Here's a Look at KAWS' Latest Collaboration With Human Made

Human Made and KAWS reconnect for fall 2021.
Nearly three months after the first collaborative drop, the Nigo-founded brand and American artist have unveiled a second, more extensive batch of co-branded designs. While the first collection centered around a handful of tees, the latest range delivers a total of 10 pieces available in multiple colorways. The items include two T-shirts, three crewneck sweatshirts, two hoodie designs, and three tote bags.
The graphics in the collection were all created by KAWS, who incorporated his signature “XX” motif into Human Made’s duck, polar bear, and heart illustrations.
You can get a closer look at the latest Human Made x KAWS collaboration below. The pieces will be available this Friday at Human Made’s official website.
In 2016, Nigo spoke about his relationship with KAWS and his experience working with the artist on Bape and Uniqlo collections.
“We’ve been working together in some way or other since 1997. I think we have a mutual trust and understanding so it just happens naturally,” Nigo told Complex. “I trust his art, illustration, graphic design and I believe that he trusts me to translate that to products. The approach is exactly the same as it always has been, but I think that since we first started working together in the early part of our careers both of us have eventually moved into a space where something on this scale feels right, or even, comfortable.”
