Here's what will be at the old Gold's Gym location in Corpus Christi

Corpus Christi is about to get a new gym.

Crunch Fitness will open a second location on the city's Southside at the old location of Gold's Gym in August or September, public relations manager Jenna Kline said in an email.

The old Gold's Gym location on South Staples Street has remained vacant since late October 2022.

Gold's Gym closed its doors in October 2022.

Crunch Fitness has more than 350 locations across the U.S.

The gym will be open and staffed 24 hours a day. It will offer fitness classes, personal training, group training, weights, cardio machines, yoga, Zumba, suspension training, Hydromassage, tanning, saunas and steam rooms.

The franchise has not included the new Corpus Christi location on its website as of Wednesday.
