Blessed Mess BBQ: Offering preorders for its brined, Texas-style smoked turkeys, orders must be in by Nov. 20, $80 for a whole turkey (all 15lb+ precooked weight), with half down when placing order (spots are limited). Hosea Youth Services: The nonprofit will host a Thanksgiving meal for young people ages 16-23 at noon Thanksgiving Day, walk in, no reservation needed, at its Drop-In Center, 834 Monroe St. 541-344-5583, hoseayouth.org.

Ivy's Cookin': Offering a Thanksgiving special of sweet potato, white bean and roasted red pepper tian (vegan and/or wheat-free options available). The order deadline is Nov. 21 for delivery on Nov. 24. Meals also can be picked up at 2135 Hayes St. the afternoon of Tuesday, Nov. 23 and all day Nov. 24. Order at ivyscookin.com.

Ninkasi brine kits: The brewer is offering a Sleigh’r Turkey Brine Kit to go, just add turkey and water. The kit, $25, includes brine bag, beer instructions and all other ingredients. Available at bit.ly/NinkasiBrineBags and can be picked up at its location at 155 Blair Blvd. or delivered on the weekends.

Our Redeemer Lutheran Church: The church will be hosting a free Thanksgiving dinner including turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, yams, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie; available for takeout and will be distributed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Thanksgiving Day at the church, 255 Maxwell Road. To receive a dinner, call 541-688-2027 by 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 22.
