Here's where to get help if you were affected by the Evansville house explosion
For those who need help following Wednesday's house explosion in Evansville, there are resources available.

Anyone who suffered damage to their house, evacuated their home or lost power can receive help from the Red Cross at Vogel Elementary School, located at 1500 Oak Hill Road. It has been advised for people to use the west entrance.
If anyone needs resources or has been displaced from the incident on N. Weinbach today they can meet the Red Cross at Vogel Elementary School.

The reception area will be a place to cool off and rest, with snacks and drinks provided.
This location is not set to be an overnight shelter.
For those that would like to help, the Red Cross is looking for members of the community to sign up to become disaster action team volunteers. These volunteers help those affected in natural disasters and situations like this. For those looking for more information, visit redcross.org/DAT.
