Where to Score Free Donuts on National Donut Day
This year marks the 79th anniversary of National Donut Day, and what better a way to celebrate than by munching on free donuts?! Here's where to get your donut fix on Friday, June 2:
Dunkin Donuts
America's favorite breakfast chain is serving up free donuts when you buy any drink on Friday, June 2. They're also bringin' out a new flavor for the occasion: vanilla cake batter.
Entenmann's
On Friday, Entenmann's will be doling out free donuts in New York's Times Square, which will be streamed on the brand's Facebook page. There will also be coffee and other fun festivities to honor everyone's favorite breakfast pastry. If you can't be in the Big Apple, you can buy a specially marked National Doughnut Day doughnut boxes and head to Entenmann's Facebook page to enter the "Win Free Doughnuts for a Year" sweepstakes. For every entry, the company will donate $1 (and up to $10,000 total) to Feeding America.
Cumberland Farms
The East Coast convenience chain is doing a similar deal to DD. Buy a beverage (hot, iced, fountain, or frozen) and get a free donut! Act fast though, because this deal is only valid from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, June 2. (Click here to check if your location is participating.)
Krispy Kreme
This deal is one of our faves because all you have to do is show up at a Krispy Kreme location and then you're the owner of a beautiful, free donut - any donut - no purchase necessary.
LaMar's Donuts
There's not one but two chances to score freebies at this national chain. First, you can print and present this "golden ticket" coupon on Friday. And second, if your location is in one of the select cities participating, you could take home a travel mug on the house.
Tim Horton's
Buy any hot or iced coffee, mention National Donut Day, and you'll receive a classic donut on the house anytime on June 2.
