The house she designed was appraised at $1,020,000, which was a whopping $15,000 higher than the next closest designer, Good Bones' Mina Starsiak.

The judges praised Jasmine's home for being family-friendly, and including features such as a dramatic entryway, a pool, and just overall great style. Not only did Jasmine win bragging rights against her competitors, including Windy City Rehab's Alison Victoria and Restored by the Ford's Leanne Ford, she also had the street where the houses are located named after her. Jasmine shared her shock and joy on her win on Twitter:

Hosted by Property Brothers' Drew Scott, previous episodes of the show had focused on individual rooms in the homes, such as the master bedrooms, kitchens, and family rooms, before finally revealing the complete homes on the finale. Both Leanne Ford and Alison Victoria had won an episode each before Jasmine won the family room episode, and then the finale on Monday. Congrats to Jasmine on her big win!
