Ilion Post went scoreless through four inning and trailed 5-1 before closing to within one run with three in the top of the sixth and again in the seventh. Nick Greene drove in two Ilion Post runs with his sixth-inning triple then scored on a fly ball; Ilion Post loaded the bases with one out in the seventh and drew a walk to push one run home before the next two batters struck out. The win moves Whitestown Post, the final unbeaten team in District V's senior division tournament, to Monday's championship game against Smith Post, a 19-9 winner over Utica Post in Saturday's second game.

Alan Maszler, Noah Carpenter, Nick Greene, Ayden Miner, Jeff DeSarro and Chase Regan all had multiple hits among Ilion Post's 14.

Ilion Post cut the deficit to 7-4 in the fourth inning before Smith Post tacked on two runs and Derek Holmes pitched the final four innings without being charged with any runs.

New Hartford Post scored three runs in the top of the fourth in Ilion but Ilion Post responded with five in the bottom of the inning.

Ilion Post salvaged a split of Thursday' District V senior division doubleheader with a 14-10 win in the second game against Adrean Post, holding on in the final inning playing as the away team at Diss Memorial Field; Ilion Post scored three runs in the top of the seventh inning to extend its lead to 14-6 before Adrean Post scored four times and stranded two runners in the bottom of the inning. Adrean Post also rallied in the seventh inning of the first game, scoring five times in the top of the frame to take the lead in a 9-6 victory that snapped a three-game losing streak.

Ilion Post scored four runs on five straight hits to start the sixth inning Thursday and took its only lead in a 7-5 win over New Hartford Post at New Hartford High School. Singles by Jeff DeSarro, Cole Maxwell and Hunter Smith loaded the bases and Ilion Post took the lead when all three runners scored on a triple by Tanner Warren who later scored on a single by Nick Greene. New Hartford Post had led 2-0 after the first inning and 5-2 after three. All five of the New Hartford Post runs were unearned and the hosts went scoreless over the final four innings against Noah Carpenter and Greene.

Ilion Post scored five runs in the fifth inning to end Wednesday's game early under the American Legion mercy rule. The final rally started with a dropped third strike and ended with a two-out error. Cole Maxwell pitched a two-hit complete game, allowing one unearned run on two hits while striking out six batters and walking none.

Utica Post loaded the bases to start the eighth inning and scored twice on a sacrifice fly and a bases-loaded walk in a 12-10 win over Ilion Post. Ilion Post had tied the game at 10 with for runs in the bottom of the sixth after Utica Post had scored three in the top of the inning and taken a lead in the fifth.

Ilion Post held off a late Smith Post rally at RFA Stadium Tuesday and won 5-5 for its thurd victory in a row. Visiting Ilion Post led 5-0 before allowing three runs in the fifth inning and one in the sixth. Smith Post stranded two runners in the fifth inning and one in the sixth before being retired in order in the bottom of the seventh.

Chase Regan's bases-loaded single broke a toe with two outs in the seventh inning Monday and Ilion Post walked off with a 10-9 win over Moran Post at Diss Memorial Field. Trailing 9-8 entering the bottom of the seventh, Ilion Post took advantage of an error and loaded the bases with nobody out before tying the score when Tanner Warren drew a walk. Moran Post had taken the lead with six runs in the top of the sixth.
