High School Football Playoffs: State Finals Predictions
Sports writer Michael Beaven has established himself as the regular season champion among the Beacon Journal football prognosticators but the postseason version is coming down the wire.
Beaven went 1-1 in our state semifinal picks and fell into a tie with Sports Editor Scot Fagerstrom, who was 2-0, and kept the door open for sports writer Michael Leonard, who also went 2-0 and stands just one game behind.
Archbishop Hoban will take on Cincinnati Winton Woods in the Division II state championship game on Thursday night but the panel will pick all seven state finals to end the postseason.
