Here is a look at the high school football power rankings in Greater Lansing entering Week 3 contests.
BIG SCHOOL
1. DeWitt (2-0)
Panthers got a late touchdown while picking up win over Portland in another tight game between the programs
2. East Lansing (2-0)
Trojans got big performances from a number of players, including Dalen Adams and Evan Boyd, while picking up win over Fenton
3. Mason (2-0)
Bulldogs gained possession of Cedar Street Bowl trophy for first time since 1976 with rivalry win over Holt
4. Portland (1-1)
Raiders went toe-to-toe with DeWitt once again in a narrow road loss.
5. Williamston (2-0)
Hornets knocked off rival Lansing Catholic for the first time since 2010 while move to 2-0.
OTHERS: Grand Ledge (2-0), Haslett (1-1), Charlotte (2-0), Waverly (2-0), Olivet (1-1), Fowlerville (1-1), Sexton (1-1), Everett (1-1), Lakewood (1-1), Owosso (1-1)
SMALL SCHOOL
1. Portland St. Patrick (2-0)
Shamrocks have averaged 49.5 points in dominant start and have won 28 straight regular season games.
2. Fowler (2-0)
Eagles picked up win over Petersburg Summerfield in a matchup of 2021 playoff teams
3. Pewamo-Westphalia (1-1)
Pirates bounced back from season-opening loss by opening CMAC play with win over Laingsburg.
4. Morrice (2-0)
After scoring just 14 points in opener, Orioles scored 68 in rout of Vestaburg.
5. Ithaca (1-1)
Yellowjackets fell in tight game to a Standish-Sterling program that reached the Division 6 state semifinals last season
