New Hingham restaurant gives nod to shipyard
ONLY FOR SUBSCRIBERS The Beth restaurant has opened at the Hingham Shipyard. The restaurant's name captures part of the town's history, which harkens back to World War II when the shipyard was called the Bethlehem Hingham Shipyard. Builders used to say that they were heading to "the Beth" for work.
The executive chef draws on three cuisines to create the restaurant's "New American" menu, melding classic New England dishes with Asian and Latin American flavors. The restaurant also features a raw bar, which includes local oysters, a shrimp tempura roll and a spicy tuna roll. Yum. Read the full story here.

'A pact to pay it forward': Driven by recovery, Rockland couple makes mocktails for all
This has been one of our popular stories this week. Such a cool venture.

Every week, they make a slate of fresh, flavorful drinks that are alcohol free to sell at the Rockland Farmers Market.
"It's not just a virgin cocktail, it's a real, fresh drink that stands on its own that anyone who is in recovery – or not – can enjoy," Thomson said.
