High school football stats: Austin-area top passers, rushers, receivers, tacklers through Week 3

Liberty Hill running back Noah Long had a week to remember when he rumbled for 343 yards on 26 carries in a win over Georgetown on Friday. That standout performance shot him to the top of the Austin area's rushing leaders. Nehemiah Smith-Livingston posted 276 yards for Bowie in a win over Del Valle.

Each week throughout the regular season, the American-Statesman will publish individual player stats on Wednesday to showcase Central Texas' top performers. Leaders in passing, rushing, receiving and tackling will be highlighted each update.

(Statistics compiled via MaxPreps and those reported to sportsdesk@statesman.com)

Connor Kenyon, 10, slings a pass in relief of Diego Tello for Bowie against Vista Ridge in the second half Aug. 27 at Gupton Stadium. The Bulldogs won 17-7 over the Rangers in the season opener for both teams.
